When a young boy falls ill, his grandfather pops round to visit him. To cheer his grandson up, Grandpa has brought a storybook; The Princess Bride, a tale of the love between the beautiful Buttercup and the besotted Westley, a love cruelly interrupted by Westley’s tragic apparent death at sea when seeking his fortune. A drama centered on retired professional wrestler Randy “The Ram” Robinson (Rourke) as he makes his way through the independent circuit, trying to get back in the game for one final showdown with his former rival.

Joe Huff is a cop who is angry at the system for handling criminals with kid gloves. Joe is on suspension, but the FBI gives him an opportunity to go undercover in Mississippi and infiltrate “The Brotherhood,” a white supremacist biker gang that runs drugs. In the Brotherhood, each member legally changes his name to his Brotherhood nickname. The Brotherhood is led by a violent psychopath named Chains Cooper. Joe — rechristened “John Stone” — accepts the job, even though he’s not happy about it. His FBI contact, Lance, doesn’t really look at home in biker bars. And the members of the Brotherhood, especially Chains, have their doubts about Joe, who wants a piece of their action. Joe has to kill a man as his initiation. With the FBI’s help, he carefully fakes a murder and is accepted by everyone except for Chains’s right hand man Ice, who still thinks Joe’s an undercover cop. Joe befriends Chains’s girlfriend Nancy, and when Joe learns that Nancy is not happy being with Chains, Joe offers to help her escape. Ice finds Joe meeting with Lance, and tries to warn Chains, but Ice is killed in a fiery motorcycle crash before he can get to Chains. Nancy is later killed by Chains, and the man Joe is supposed to have murdered turns up alive, blowing Joe’s cover. Chains and his gang later take the Mississippi supreme court hostage in an effort to stop one of their men, Trouble Owens, from being sentenced to be executed for killing a priest, and it’s up to Joe to end the situation.

A giant alligator runs riot in a small town with a lake connected to a sewer/drainage system. Typical plot; nobody believes the sightings until lots of people have been killed.

Roy and Helen Knable are having problems. Roy has become a couch potato and Helen resents this. After a fight, Spike, a high ranking devil, appears to offer Roy the ultimate satellite system. Roy signs without realising he has sold his soul. When he is sucked into the cable version of Hell, Helen is sucked in with him. They go through the satanic variety of cable TV where dying will consign them to damnation. Shows they find themselves on include: “Driving over Miss Daisy”; “Northern Overexposure” and “Autopsies of the Rich and Famous”. Roy must take charge and save them from the dangers of this cable Hell.

When Longfellow Deeds, a small-town pizzeria owner and poet, inherits $40 billion from his deceased uncle, he quickly begins rolling in a different kind of dough. Moving to the big city, Deeds finds himself besieged by opportunists all gunning for their piece of the pie. Babe, a television tabloid reporter, poses as an innocent small-town girl to do an expos? on Deeds. Of course, Deeds’ sincere naivet? has Babe falling in love with him instead. Ultimately, Deeds comes to find that money truly has the power to change things, but it doesn’t necessarily need to change him.

An eccentric millionaire Norman Osborn (William Dafoe) administers a performance enhancing drug on himself and his maniacal alter ego Green Goblin emerges. Now Peter Parker has to become Spider-Man and take Green Goblin to the task… or else Goblin will kill him. They come face to face and the war begins in which only one of them will survive at the end.

Mitch, Frank and Beanie are disillusioned with their personal lives begining when Mitch’s nymphomanic girlfriend, Heidi, cheats on him, then former party animal Frank gets married, but unwilling to get go of his wild life, and Beanie is a family man seeking to reclaim his wild and crazy youth. Beanie suggests that they form their own fraternity in Mitch’s new house on a college campus to re-live their glory days by bringing together a variety of misfit college students, losers, middle-aged and elderly retirees as their new friends and later try to avoid being evicted by the new Dean of Students, Pritchard, whom still holds a personal grudge against all three of them.
